Budo Grape have announced additional dates for their third British tour. The Nagoya ‘New Wave’ rockers will play three UK dates in November, including a return to Manchester’s Doki Doki Japanese Festival!

Budo Grape recently completed their 10-single digital release project, including the music video for ‘Zankokuna Yasashisa’. Their new album ‘Oyatsu no Kakushibasho’ (‘Snack Hiding Place’) is scheduled for release on 21st December but fans at the UK shows will have the chance to snatch it up early from the band’s merchandise table!

Budo Grape is a catchy, high energy avant-garde pop band from Nagoya, Japan. With a style often compared to The B-52′s. The band is fronted by model and radio personality Quminco and Nagoya music legend Nagai of The Shockers. Formed in 2001, Budo Grape released their first full album ‘Koibito wa Koishite Tsukuru’ in 2005. The album was a hit in the Japanese underground scene and was followed up with the 2006 release ‘Soko kara Detekinasai’ and 2007′s ‘Otonatachi x Kodomotachi.’

Quirky and original, Budo Grape continues to spread their crazy sounds from ‘Neo-Nagoya’ to their worldwide fans!
