Japanese idol group Moso Calibration will head to London this weekend for Hyper Japan, where their exclusive overseas album GREATEST HITS WORLD ∞ SELECTION will be available ahead of its official UK and European retail release from 4th August through JPU Records. Moso Calibration hail from Dear Stage, a venue situated on the back streets of Tokyo’s subculture haven of Akihabara, where the groups that perform are also the bar’s staff. X Japan’s Yoshiki begins recovery in L.A.

YOSHIKI TO REGAIN HIS REGULAR VOICE IN THE COMING MONTHS. Yoshiki of X Japan underwent surgery for cervical artificial disc replacement on Tuesday (USA time), 16th May 2017, at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The operation was concluded successfully. Diagnosed as having “cervical foraminal stenosis” (radiculopathy of the left arm and herniated discs at the C5-C6 levels) due to his intense drumming style, his artificial disc replacement surgery required several hours of highly intricate skills by Dr. Neel Anand. Yoshiki is currently in stable condition. According to the doctor, he will have difficulty using his voice for a while...
